Shipping Policy
We ship across the whole United States via USPS. Tubers on current sale will ship beginning in April once temperatures reach a safe range. Important: if you want your tubers shipped before that, you must add a heat pack to your order and specify your shipping requests (immediate, in February, etcetera) in your order notes.
The cost of shipping is outlined below:
1-3 tubers: $11.00
4-20 tubers: $20.00
21+ tubers: $26.00
Please note that if your items are damaged during the shipping process, it is up to you, the customer to file a claim with USPS to get a refund. Once it leaves our hands, we have no control and cannot be considered liable.
Return & Exchange Policy
We appreciate your patronage and want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Please inspect your tubers upon arrival and contact us at beatrueflowerfarm@gmail.com within 48 hours of your order arriving if you have any concerns. We guarantee our tubers will bloom true to variety, but please note: we cannot be responsible for damage due to shipping, pests, bad weather, poor storage or growing conditions, negligence, or plant performance. Storage on fall-shipped tubers is exclusively the customer's responsibility. All dahlia tubers sold by us are grown by us with love.
As always, our final aim is to please; human error happens, and we are by all means human, so if something is amiss with your order, please reach out. We're eager to do right by you and fix the situation.
