Shipping Policy

We ship across the whole United States via USPS Priority Mail. Tubers on current sale will ship in March and April once freezing temperatures are no longer in the forecast. Warmer zones will ship first. The cost of shipping is outlined below:

1-3 tubers: $11.00

4-20 tubers: $17.00

21+ tubers: $23.00

Please note that if your items are damaged during the shipping process, it is up to you, the customer to file a claim with USPS to get a refund. Once it leaves our hands, we have no control and cannot be considered liable.
If you would like us to attempt to deliver your tubers earlier, please let us know in the note section upon checking out, and we'll ship ASAP weather allowing.

Return & Exchange Policy

We appreciate your patronage and want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Please inspect your tubers upon arrival and contact us at beatrueflowerfarm@gmail.com within 48 hours of your order arriving if you have any concerns. If for some reason something is wrong, we will work with you to make it right. Please note: we cannot be responsible for damage due to shipping, pests, bad weather, poor growing conditions, negligence, or plant performance. All dahlia tubers sold by us are grown by us with love.
