Shipping Policy
We ship across the whole United States via USPS. Tubers from our fall sale will ship beginning in early November. We will do our best to ensure they arrive safely, however if you want added peace of mind, consider adding a 72 hour heat pack.
The cost of shipping is outlined below:
1-3 tubers: $11.00
4-20 tubers: $20.00
21+ tubers: $26.00
Please note that if your items are damaged during the shipping process, it is up to you, the customer to file a claim with USPS to get a refund. Once it leaves our hands, we have no control and cannot be considered liable.
Return & Exchange Policy
We appreciate your patronage and want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Please inspect your tubers upon arrival and contact us at beatrueflowerfarm@gmail.com within 48 hours of your order arriving if you have any concerns. We guarantee our tubers will bloom true to variety, but please note: we cannot be responsible for damage due to shipping, pests, bad weather, poor storage or growing conditions, negligence, or plant performance. Storage on fall-shipped tubers is exclusively the customer's responsibility. All dahlia tubers sold by us are grown by us with love.
As always, our final aim is to please; human error happens, and we are by all means human, so if something is amiss with your order, please reach out. As mentioned above, if your tuber blooms and it's not the variety you ordered, please reach out. We're eager to do right by you and fix the situation.
At Bea True, we take a multi pronged approach to plant health and virus mitigation. We grow organically, but that doesn't mean we aren't actively battling pests. We use beneficial insects, milky spore and beneficial nemotodes to keep our bad bugs in check. We utilize trap crops to keep the bad bugs away from our precious dahlias. we also use a molasass application to make our dahlias less tasty.
We do daily inspections of plant health, pulling virused or unhealthy plants to prevent further spread. We've been fortunate and haven't found a plant infected with leafy or crown gall in 3 seasons.
While we can't guarantee your plant will be virus free, you can at least purchase knowing we take numerous steps to provide you with healthy tubers.
